Actions within BizzStream have traditionally been confined to document definitions, often triggered by button controls in a layout. However, to provide users with greater flexibility, the ability to trigger user actions from a BML element has been introduced. This is achieved by setting the target for the link attribute to workflowAction. Moreover, Aero administrators can now incorporate layout actions directly within BML elements. These actions, which include creating a new document, clearing data, setting field values, opening overlay layouts, and closing layouts, offer users a wide range of possibilities for enhancing workflow efficiency.
