Send Push Notification Rule
With the Send Push Notification rule, you can send push notifications to users' mobile devices. This is a great way to deliver timely information, such as alerts or status updates, to users who are on the go. To receive a push notification, a user must be logged in on a mobile device with the BizzStream app installed.
How to Add and Configure the Send Push Notification Rule
To add a Send Push Notification rule to an action in your workflow, follow these steps:
- Open the desired action in the workflow.
- Scroll down to access the Rules section.
- Click the
button next to Rules. - The rule configuration pane will open.
- Select Send Push Notification from the Type dropdown.
- Enter a readable Label and Description.
- Configure the rule properties as detailed below.
- Click Save to finalize the rule configuration.
- Click Save in the action properties pane to apply the changes.
