Render PDF Rule

The Render PDF rule generates a PDF file based on a template and displays it in a popup in a web browser. On mobile devices, the PDF is downloaded, allowing users to open it with a compatible app.

How to Add and Configure the Render PDF Rule

  1. Open the desired action in the workflow.
  2. Navigate to the Rules section and click the button.
  3. In the rule configuration pane, select Render PDF from the Type dropdown.
  4. Enter a descriptive Label and Description.
  5. Configure the properties as outlined in the table below.
  6. Click Save to confirm the rule configuration.
  7. Click Save in the action properties pane to finalize the changes.
