Import documents Rule

When the Import documents rule is executed, an interface opens that allows the user to import documents from a CSV or XLSX file. The import process inserts new documents or updates existing ones.

How to Add and Configure the Import documents Rule

  1. Open the desired action in your workflow.
  2. Go to the Rules section and click the button.
  3. In the configuration pane, select Import documents from the Type dropdown.
  4. Give the rule a clear Label and Description.
  5. Click Save to finalize the rule setup.
  6. Click Save in the action properties pane to apply the changes.

Rule Properties

This rule does not have any additional properties to configure.

Behavior

When documents are imported, BizzStream will attempt to convert the labels of statuses and references in the imported file to their respective names and IDs within the BizzStream environment.
