Export documents Rule
When the Export documents rule is executed, an interface opens that allows the user to export documents to a CSV or XLSX file. In that interface, the user can indicate whether they want to include:
- Field labels in the exported file
- Fields that are not in the layout
How to Add and Configure the Export documents Rule
- Open the desired action in your workflow.
- Go to the Rules section and click the button.
- In the configuration pane, select Export documents from the Type dropdown.
- Give the rule a clear Label and Description.
- Configure the properties as outlined below.
- Click Save to finalize the rule setup.
- Click Save in the action properties pane to apply the changes.
